About the Company: BEAT THE BOMB offers the next generation of immersive group entertainment, where customers experience real-life video games in interactive settings. Our Houston location, opened in January 2025 in the historic Fifth Ward neighborhood, features classic Mission experiences with innovative game rooms, arcade lounges, a full bar, a beer garden, and private event spaces.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails, slushies, and beverages according to recipes and ticket specifications
- Prep all slushie batches, fruit, and juices before shifts
- Set up and break down the bar for service
- Fill and maintain ice wells, following cleaning protocols
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Provide excellent guest service for beverage and food needs at the bar
- Understand overall Beat The Bomb operations as a team member
Ideal Candidate:
- TIPS certified (must provide valid certification before onboarding)
- Willing to complete and pass bar training tests
- Friendly, outgoing, and inclusive with a passion for guest engagement
- Able to remain active and on their feet in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends
- Strong team player who takes responsibility and stays calm under pressure
