Title: Barback - Boeing Center at Tech Port

Position: Barback/Busser Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Concessions Manager FLSA Status: Part-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary: Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Barback/Busser at the Boeing Center at Tech Port. The Barback/Busser is responsible for providing high-quality customer service during events and supporting various retail stands throughout the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist and oversee food and beverage requirements related to the bars.
Support ordering, receiving, and inventory management of accountable items.
Ensure adequate storage and supervision of stock levels.
Deliver quality products in a fresh and timely manner as directed by the Bar Manager.
Collaborate with Suite Staff, Kitchen Personnel, and Stewarding department.
Maintain proper grooming and sanitation procedures.
Support event schedules and assignments based on business needs.
Ensure customer service complies with established standards.
Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21 years.
TABC certification required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience:

High school education preferred.
Basic knowledge of cash register operation and cash handling.
Competency in basic math to accurately count and handle money.
Basic understanding of bar operations.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret documents.
Basic arithmetic skills.
Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
Effective communication via radio.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to move around the facility and stand for long periods.
May work indoors or outdoors depending on event requirements.
Ability to stoop and lift up to 50 lbs to waist level.
