Title: Bartender - Part-Time

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance guest visits.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service standards.
- Uphold Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong team mindset and guest-focused approach.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and be active throughout shifts.
- Must meet the legal serving age and hold necessary certifications where required.
