Title: Barback – Tram Club Location: Tram Club, inside Snowbird Center Status: Part-time, Seasonal Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, August 1, 2026 through October 11, 2026

Summary: Under the direction of the Tram Club Manager, you will assist bartenders by providing quality service and consistent drinks to guests. Your duties include washing glasses, pouring beer, stocking beer, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and walk-in area. You will help bartenders prepare and serve all alcoholic beverages in the lounge.

Responsibilities:

Report to work on time in proper uniform and follow all company rules and regulations.
Prepare your assigned station and assist others when needed, completing daily duties before and after shifts to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
Assist bartenders in serving alcohol according to State Alcohol laws and regulations.
Maintain sanitation and safety practices for employees and guests.
Treat guests and employees respectfully and professionally, addressing concerns promptly to meet service standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of relevant work experience demonstrating competence.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Required certifications: Food Handler Permit, Tips Certification, Sheriff Work Card.
Competency in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
Ability to learn menus, recipes, and beverage lists.
Ability to multitask and maintain good customer service.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

May require overnight stay occasionally during road closures.
Ability to handle high stress from business volume and weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs, carry trays, stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
Work environment includes frequent interruptions and exposure to noise.
