Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of beverage service, adhering to brand guidelines and techniques
- Follow service steps to meet brand expectations
- Use Aloha POS for order entry and payment processing
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
- Wash all barware and dishes
- Rotate shifts as Bar Backs when needed
- Manage cash handling responsibly
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable engaging with guests
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred
