Title: Bartender / Server

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an entry-level Bartender / Server! In this role, you will craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service during our Sunday brunch and weeknight dinner service. How you will make an impact:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests
Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food
Take food and beverage orders and process payments
Replenish and prepare supplies as needed
Note: We have a no tipping policy

What you will need:

Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred; training must be completed within 90 days of employment unless state requires earlier
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
