Summary: Under general supervision, this position opens and closes the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures. The bartender is responsible for maintaining the food prep and hotel bar areas in a clean, organized manner while serving and assisting guests. This team member must consistently demonstrate integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture with customers and fellow team members. A general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events is required to answer guest inquiries.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of bartending experience is required, along with the ability to obtain necessary certifications and communicate effectively in English.
