Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Bartender to join the team! Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus but not required. Position Summary: This is a part-time bartender role with the potential to earn tips. Bartenders are responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding service expectations, and maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere while adhering to high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take orders following Andretti guidelines.
Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; pour wine and beer accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and beverages professionally per Andretti standards.
Handle payments and operate the Point-of-Sale system.
Count cash drawer at shift start and maintain accurate change.
Keep work area organized; clean and reset tables proactively.
Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies; display bottles attractively.
Properly dispose of broken glassware.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local health regulations.
Check identification for guests consuming alcohol.
Adhere to all state and company beverage service policies.
Monitor guests for safety and guideline compliance.
Assist with guest recovery and communicate with management to ensure positive experiences.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, upbeat, and sociable attitude.
Ability to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; regular lifting up to 15 lbs.
Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and stocking.
Work in an environment with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment.
Follow all safety standards consistently.
