Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Bartender to join the team. Experience with family entertainment centers is preferred but not required.

Position Summary: The Bartender is a part-time role with potential to earn tips. Bartenders anticipate guest needs, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to a fun and exciting atmosphere. All team members assist guests in various capacities while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take orders according to company guidelines, exceeding expectations.
Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; pour beer and wine accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and beverages professionally.
Process payments and operate the Point-of-Sale system.
Count cash drawer at shift start and maintain adequate change.
Maintain an organized and clean work area; reset tables promptly.
Order and manage liquor and bar supplies; display bottles attractively.
Dispose of broken glassware safely.
Follow safety and sanitation regulations.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
Adhere to all state and company alcohol service policies.
Monitor guest safety and guideline compliance.
Assist with guest recovery and escalate issues to management as needed.
Communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, upbeat, and sociable attitude.
Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform tasks involving bending, reaching, turning, and occasional climbing.
Comfortable working in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment.
Ability to consistently follow safety standards.
