Job Description
Title: Bartender
As a Bartender, you will craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and ensure a clean, organized bar environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a flair for mixology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious cocktails that delight guests.
- Mix and serve drinks while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
- Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
- Opportunity for career advancement to roles such as Bar Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.
Education & Experience:
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Combination of education and experience required.
- Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification mandatory.
- Bartender certification is a plus.
Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required (with or without reasonable accommodations).
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests.
