Title: Bartender
Compensation Range:
- $12.15 / Hour (This position earns tips)

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, knowing regulars by name, preferences, and needs
- Be knowledgeable about wine, beer brands, liquor, and common cocktail ingredients
- Inform guests about specialty drinks and answer questions about the menu
- Maintain the cash bank and follow established procedures
- Adhere to all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Deliver drink orders to guests timely and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years bartending experience
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Comfortable with basic math and money handling
- Experience operating point-of-sale systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Outgoing and hospitable personality
