Position Summary: The Lead Bartender supports daily bar operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, leadership, and beverage knowledge. Serving as the shift leader, this role ensures operational excellence, adherence to service standards, and a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The Lead Bartender coaches and supports bartenders and bar support staff, maintaining the highest hospitality, safety, and accountability standards.
