Title: Bartender
Compensation: $12.15 / Hour (This Position Earns Tips)

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, remembering regulars by name, preferences, and needs
- Maintain expert knowledge of wines, beers, liquors, and common cocktail ingredients
- Inform guests about specialty drinks and answer menu questions
- Manage cash bank and follow established procedures
- Comply with all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Deliver drink orders efficiently and timely
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of bartending experience
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Comfortable with basic math, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Outgoing and hospitable demeanor
