Title: Bar Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for daily bar and lounge shift operations, including supervision of staff. This role assists with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintaining standards, supporting servers during peak periods, and managing liquor inventories and controls. The Bar Manager strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to the operating budget and enforcing all legal requirements professionally and consistently. The position also determines training needs and strengthens the food and beverage team by assisting in other outlets when necessary.
