Summary: Serve beverages to patrons adhering to state and federal age requirements by performing the following duties:
Essential Job Functions:
- Inform guests of daily specials and take beverage orders
- Deliver drink orders
- Monitor assigned tables to ensure all patrons are served
- Remove empty or dirty glasses and bottles, properly dispose of bottles, and wash glasses
- Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
- Ensure ashtrays are placed at applicable tables
- Maintain the bar station by keeping the area tidy and stocking the bar by placing orders as needed
- Compute bills and accept payments
- Track sales receipts and complete bar inventory logs
- Ensure tips are properly reported for tax processing
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 0 to 1+ years of customer service or bartending experience
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
- Open availability
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification
- High school degree or higher
