As a Bartender at Applebee's, you will mix high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards, ensuring a great drink experience for customers. You will create a friendly atmosphere for both staff and guests, working hard while having a great time.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (per state law)
- Effective communication skills with staff and customers
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar area
- Engage positively with customers and team members

Physical demands include reaching, bending, stooping, and transporting items between dining room, service bar, and kitchen multiple times per shift. Adherence to health and safety protocols, including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing, is required.
