Position Overview: The Bartender ensures guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and attentively addressing their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a lively environment.
Keep supervisors promptly informed of any issues or significant matters and take corrective actions as needed.
Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
Follow company sanitation and alcohol service procedures.
Accurately handle personal bank, financial transactions, credit card operations, and maintain adequate change.
Assess guest demeanor, addressing intoxication appropriately and notifying management when necessary.
Follow bar recipes to ensure consistency, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station.
Greet and serve guests promptly, accurately taking food and drink orders.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to address guest questions.
Use Micros system efficiently for order entry, modifications, and transactions.
Complete opening and closing station duties, including inventory and requisition sheets.
Assist with party setups, tables bussing, resetting, and support other team members as needed.
Ensure continuous guest satisfaction by monitoring drink levels, clearing clutter, and timely responses.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative work environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and through the Micros system.
Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the shift, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sweeping, and mopping.
Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.
Must adhere to proper dress code and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Physical Demands: Work involves exposure to both hot and cold temperatures and requires standing, walking, lifting, and other physical activities.

Salary Range: $18.42 - $19.00 per hour
