Title: Bartender

Join our team to help create and develop the future of live entertainment and sports in Orange County! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, serving, and pouring alcoholic beverages based on guest orders, while following responsible alcohol service guidelines. This is a part-time position.

Pay Details:

Starting hourly rate: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Mix and serve traditional alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
Measure pour volumes accurately in compliance with service guidelines
Serve all alcoholic beverages responsibly and verify legal age of customers
Maintain, organize, and record inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and other beverages; notify management when restocking is needed
Take food and beverage orders and offer recommendations to guests; promote daily specials
Know complete menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation details
Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
Provide courteous, professional, and efficient guest service
Present checks and process payments accurately and promptly
Complete station setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties
Stay updated on menu changes, operational guidelines, and special offerings
Support team members to ensure a hospitable experience for all guests
Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies including social distancing, mask use, glove use when handling food/beverages, and frequent handwashing
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements:

Minimum 21 years of age
1-2 years' experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fluctuating temperatures
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
