Pay Details:

Starting hourly rate: $21.00 per hour
This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

Mix, serve, and pour alcoholic beverages based on guests' orders following established menu/recipe specifications.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to age requirements and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Organize, maintain, and accurately record inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and other beverage items; inform management of replenishment needs.
Take food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and upsell daily specials.
Know menu items including production specifications, ingredients, cooking times, and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and server assistants to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders, including communicating dietary restrictions or allergies.
Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service.
Present guests with their checks and process payments accurately and promptly.
Complete setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties of the bar station.
Stay informed about restaurant updates, operational guidelines, hours, and special offerings.
Support team members to ensure high quality guest service, including assisting with table clearing and preparation.
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
Follow Food & Beverage Department safety and sanitation standards including social distancing, mask usage, glove use, surface cleaning, and handwashing.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures.
Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

Less than high school required.

Experience:

1-2 years bartending experience preferred.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bartending environment. A flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
