Title: Bartender - New Modern California Bistro & Lounge Opening
Objective: The Bartender crafts and serves beverages to the highest standard while delivering engaging and professional hospitality at the bar of a fast-paced, elevated California bistro. This role executes the cocktail and wine program consistently and serves alcohol responsibly. The Bartender works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to uphold beverage standards and responsible alcohol service.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of high-volume bartending experience and strong knowledge of California wines and craft cocktails. Required certifications include a California Food Handler Card and RBS Certification.
