**About Piatti** Established in 1987, Piatti is a beloved neighborhood Italian trattoria known for house-made pasta, a thoughtful wine and cocktail program, and refined yet welcoming hospitality. Our Mill Valley location is the flagship restaurant.

**The Role** As a Full-Time Bartender, you will be a cornerstone of the guest experience, working within our established beverage program and upholding the Piatti bar standards. Key responsibilities include:

Requires at least 3 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant and a deep familiarity with classic cocktails and spirits. Must possess Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications and be at least 21 years old.
