We offer Part-Time and Full-Time Bartender positions, with wages of $16.50 per hour plus tips. Bartenders typically earn between $500 and $1300 per week, depending on schedule flexibility and availability. Please note this range is an estimate based on current averages and is not guaranteed.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant bartender in a similar volume environment with a craft/classic cocktail program
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Valid California Food Handler’s Card
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, with guests, management, and coworkers
Basic math skills
Familiarity with bartender steps of service and company standards

**Responsibilities:**

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Take food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques
Enter orders into the point-of-sale system; document orders legibly when system is inoperative and coordinate with expeditor
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
Open wine and champagne bottles and serve wine by the glass
Prepare all coffee varieties according to restaurant standards
Serve all food courses and beverages promptly
Provide courteous, professional guest service; anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
Ensure bar top is maintained and cleaned throughout meal service
Wash and stock bar glassware throughout the shift
Present guest checks and accurately process payments following cash handling policies
Collect and report tips at shift end
Complete bartender checkout and closing reports before leaving after reporting to management
