Job Description
Title: Bartender
We are hiring Bartenders for our Lobby Bar. If you have genuine warmth, a helpful nature, and understand the importance of a great first impression, we want you on our team.
Schedule: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with the possibility of later hours on weekends and holidays as hotel occupancy increases.

Summary: Serve beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Inform guests of daily specials and take beverage orders
- Deliver drink orders
- Monitor assigned tables to ensure all patrons are served
- Remove empty or dirty glasses and bottles, dispose of bottles properly, and wash glasses
- Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
- Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
- Maintain bar station by keeping the area tidy and stocking bar as needed
- Compute bills and accept payments
- Track sales receipts
- Complete bar inventory logs
- Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 0 to 1+ year of customer service experience
- 0 to 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
- Open availability
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
