Job Description: As a Banquet Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages for guests according to specific recipes and presentation guidelines. You must ensure compliance with all liquor laws during preparation, serving, and consumption of alcoholic beverages at banquet events. You will maintain high service standards and provide all liquors as outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

Responsibilities:

Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and presentation standards
Serve guests promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with liquor laws and internal policies
Maintain inventory and accountability of alcoholic beverages
Provide excellent customer service maintaining high standards

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a luxury event space required
Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine
Previous supervisory experience preferred
WSET Level 2 certification preferred
Open availability including weekends and holidays
