We are excited to launch our newest venue this Spring – a sleek yet warm sushi and Asian-inspired destination on Sunset Boulevard. Designed for both dinner and drinks, it features a private karaoke room for after-hours moments.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Barback will provide personalized and immaculate guest service, ensuring an elegant dining experience by anticipating and fulfilling all guest needs and requests. Responsibilities include keeping the bar fully stocked, cutting garnishes, clearing, and washing glassware. We value candidates who are solutions-oriented, open to direction, and committed to fostering a hospitality-driven environment. Open availability is preferred.

Candidates must be 21+ years old, authorized to work in the US, and possess a valid CA Food Handlers card and Responsible Beverage Service Training. Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 30lbs is required, with high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
