Title: Bartender
Job Description: At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve great food, drinks, and fun for all Guests. As a Bartender, you create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional and timely service. You know the menu thoroughly and can make excellent food and beverage suggestions. You are dedicated to maintaining the highest safety and sanitation standards.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with all Guests, promoting a fun atmosphere
- Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
- Showcase extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guest needs
- Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences
- Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
- Process payment transactions and encourage Guests to return
- Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar, completing side duties as needed
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Guest-focused mindset
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Alcohol certification as required
- Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Salary:
- Compensation ranges from $11.40 to $15.16 per hour
