**Compensation**

Hourly Wage: $15.31
Not eligible for tips or discretionary performance bonuses

**Overview** Provide hospitable service to ensure a positive guest experience.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Maintain proper daily bar setup including stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections.
Manage stock, preparation, and storage of fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality.
Greet guests courteously, take and document drink orders.
Prepare and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
Comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate alcohol service regulations.
Enter orders into the point of sale system, issue checks, and ensure accountability.
Handle cash transactions accurately and secure deposits.
Lock and store beverage and food items securely.
Adhere to attendance policies and maintain availability.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Hotel experience preferred.
Strong communication skills with guests.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages.
Basic math skills for cash handling and register operation.
Manual dexterity to prepare garnishes, handle glassware, mix drinks, and retrieve stock.
Ability to remember and promote menu items.
Proficiency with point of sale systems.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships.
Flexible schedule with availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
