Upstream Hospitality Group is a growing hospitality company known for creativity, progression, and originality. We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our front-of-house team at The Tap Room.

As a Tap Room Bartender, you help set the tone for the guest experience and contribute to a fun, positive team atmosphere.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room.
Request ID whenever serving alcohol, following legal and company policies strictly.
Maintain full knowledge of our food, beverage, and beer menus, including current specials and promotions.
Ensure prompt and attentive service at the bar and service bar.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar.
Use proper pours and appropriate glassware.
Adhere to state, federal, and company liquor regulations.
Promote the restaurant’s great food and hospitality.
Assist team members and contribute as a team player.
Complete all opening, closing, and side-work duties related to bartending.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We'll Need From You

Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Valid TIPS Certification or willingness to obtain one.
A genuine passion for hospitality and leadership.
