As a Barback, you will be an essential support to our bartending team, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities include stocking and replenishing bar supplies, assisting with the setup and breakdown of bar areas, and clearing tables to maintain cleanliness. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role. Essential Job Functions:
- Stock and replenish bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
- Assist bartenders with the setup and breakdown of bar areas before and after service.
- Clear tables and bar areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Handle glassware and dishware safely and efficiently.
- Practice safe work habits, including wearing protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Dynamic, engaging, and passionate personality with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach.
