Bartender

Responsibilities:

Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with precision and flair using high-quality ingredients, techniques, and garnishes. Innovate and introduce new drink creations regularly.
Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, engaging in friendly and professional conversation, and understanding their preferences. Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions.
Efficiently take drink orders, prepare and serve beverages promptly with attention to detail and presentation. Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requests.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, including spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients. Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all glassware, utensils, and tools are sanitized and readily available. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
Work closely with team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience. Assist in other areas during busy periods.
Process customer payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register. Keep records of sales, tips, and inventory for effective management and transparency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment, demonstrating proficiency in crafting a variety of cocktails and beverages.
Extensive knowledge of mixology and strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service under pressure.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in safe alcohol service (e.g., Serve Safe Alcohol, RAMP) is preferred.
