Bartender

The Role: As a bartender, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, specializing in shaking up cocktails. You enjoy connecting with bar guests and making a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard recipes while tending to bar patrons.
Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner.
Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
Complete required side work.
Stay educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to questions about menus, dietary restrictions, and other restaurant services.
Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report all gratuities in compliance with IRS income reporting standards.

Requirements:

At least 21 years old with 1-2 years of bartending experience.
Positive energy, teamwork skills, and willingness to assist support staff.
Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work specific shifts: Sunday 10:00 am–4:00 pm or 4:00 pm–11:00 pm; Tuesday 3:30 pm–11:00 pm; Friday 3:30 pm–11:00 pm; Saturday 10:00 am–4:00 pm.
Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
