Title: Banquet Bartender

JOINING OUR TEAM We are seeking reliable, self-motivated bartenders with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset. Applicants should be looking for full-time employment with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is based in our dining rooms, providing members and guests with exceptional food, drink, and service—a world-class experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 21 years of age.
At least two years of bartending experience; experience in private clubs is a plus.
Available for a flexible, full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with minimal supervision.
Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems.
High energy and positive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock and maintain bar organization and cleanliness daily.
Prepare garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently according to Club standards and recipes.
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Attend all staff meetings, pre-shift sessions, and training as required.
Follow beverage and revenue control procedures.
Complete opening and closing procedures and daily checklists.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, daily features, and specials.
Provide excellent food and beverage service ensuring member and guest satisfaction.
Greet members by name, providing a warm and personalized experience.
Support team members to deliver unique and personalized service.
