Position Summary: Our goal is to create a memorable and unique guest experience through excellent food and beverage service. As a Guest Service Support Expert, you will assist food and beverage operations by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to ensure smooth service. Your role supports the overall guest experience by helping make transactions seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and clear tables
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Replenish food and beverage supplies
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Follow company policies and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance if needed)
- Previous experience in food and beverage preferred but not required
- No supervisory experience necessary
- Must maintain professional appearance and communication
