As a Bartender, you will craft exceptional cocktails while engaging a wide range of guests—from business professionals and sports fans to families and groups enjoying a night out. Pinstripes Bartenders thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing engaging conversation with efficient service, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. Your energy, personality, and professionalism help set the tone for an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide memorable guest service
- Accurately take and process orders in a timely manner
- Answer questions regarding the menu
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Offer suggestions and recommendations for orders and drinks
- Help personalize the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- In-depth knowledge of serving food and drinks
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
