Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus but not required. POSITION SUMMARY The Barback position is part-time and responsible for supporting bartenders by anticipating guest needs and maintaining a fun, exciting atmosphere. This role is key to delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet visitors warmly and positively.
Deliver food and beverages professionally, adhering to company standards.
Collect, wash, sanitize, and restock glassware and barware.
Restock bartender stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws, and napkins as needed.
Maintain sanitary workstations in compliance with restaurant and health department standards.
Keep work areas organized and proactively clean and reset tables.
Dispose of broken glassware properly.
Rotate and restock produce, beer, and wine in coolers and liquor rooms.
Ensure inventory is well stocked.
Provide energetic and timely guest service.
Monitor guest safety and adherence to guidelines.
Assist with guest recovery to ensure positive experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Andretti brand, products, policies, and procedures.
Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with guests and team members.
Know and follow facility emergency procedures.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Pleasant, upbeat, and sociable attitude throughout the workday.
Ability to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
Regular lifting up to 15 lbs; occasional lifting and stocking up to 50 lbs.
Capable of bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and performing manual tasks.
Ability to communicate quickly and accurately.
Work environment may include bright/dim lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate equipment.
Maintain safety standards at all times.
