Job Description
Title: Bartender
Description: We are seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a full-service dining experience, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails according to company recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Valid state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at different heights
- Flexible with work schedules and hours depending on business needs
