Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is recruiting part-time Bartenders for our Food & Beverage department at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky. This event-based position offers variable hours and schedules with no guaranteed minimum hours. All part-time roles are “as needed.”

**Please Note:** This position requires passing a credit and background check.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Arrive on time, in proper uniform.
Follow instructions from Supervisors and Managers for each event.
Greet guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, in line with company standards.
Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facility services accurately.
Assist with collecting and returning bar equipment including cups, glassware, and serving pieces.
Prepare garnishes and specialty alcoholic beverages.
Assist with event room setup and preparation.
Prepare tables with place settings as directed.
Attend pre-function meetings for event briefings.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Deliver drinks promptly and identify orders accurately.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Communicate effectively with food and beverage staff.
Report customer concerns or complaints to management.
Maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
Adhere to checklists and standard operating procedures.
Keep work area safe, clean, organized, and well stocked.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, recipes, and products.
Follow sanitation and proper food handling standards.
Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing duties.
Break down tables and equipment after events and store properly.
Punch in no earlier than five minutes before the shift, in full uniform, ready to work.
Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years of serving experience required.
Valid TIPS or TEAM certification required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under high stress.
Ability to read and understand English.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Demands:**

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
