Responsibilities:

Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service.
Adhere to departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
Set up bars for operation, including cutting fruit, stocking ice, and emptying garbage.
Support bartenders by icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of counters, sinks, floors, and designated areas following health and safety standards.
Maintain par stock levels, order bar supplies, and deliver stock as necessary.
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.
Properly dispose of refuse and recycle bottles and cardboard according to procedures.
Resolve service issues according to established guidelines.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements:

Ability to review and comprehend necessary documentation.
Proficient in operating all bar-related equipment.
Physical ability to carry, lift, and move up to 50 pounds of ice, garbage, and bar supplies.
Ability to lift kegs weighing approximately 200 pounds and push/pull carts exceeding 400 pounds throughout the shift.
