Position Title: Catering Barback - Ford Field

Job Summary: As a Barback, you will support bar operations by receiving and replenishing liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom to the bar throughout your shift. You will also assist bartenders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure supplies are stocked.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive all liquor, beer, and wine shipments and restock the bar as needed
- Retrieve food items, beverages, and garnishes from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to bar
- Set up bottles on the bar with top-shelf liquor on back shelves
- Ensure beer taps are functioning properly
- Place bar snacks on counters and maintain supply of snacks and napkins
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Bus tables in the bar area
- Maintain cleanliness and order of bar and lounge areas (clean work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, sweep and mop service areas)
- Remove rubbish from all receptacles
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartenders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking supplies and cleaning service areas
- No formal education or prior experience explicitly required
