Responsibilities:
- Take drink orders from guests
- Obtain drinks from the station
- Garnish and ice drinks as needed
- Serve beverages in lounge and gaming areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Stay informed of current hotel, casino activities, and beverage operations
- Follow all check settlement and beverage control procedures
- Promote good guest relations and accommodate reasonable requests
- Complete tasks assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader
- Perform additional job-related duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
- Ability to handle cash accurately and make change
- Understanding and compliance with all departmental and company policies and procedures
