Position Summary: The Culinary Services Team at Givens-Aldersgate is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to create a welcoming social atmosphere by preparing and serving thoughtfully crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. The role supports community hospitality standards and resident wellness goals.
Schedule:
- Weekdays and Weekends: 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a curated selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and zero-proof beverages with attention to balance, moderation, and dietary needs
- Offer wellness-forward beverage alternatives such as mocktails and herbal infusions
- Engage residents and guests with genuine hospitality to foster connection and community
- Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with culinary and dining teams to develop beverage pairings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred certification in hospitality, food & beverage, or mixology
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
