Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You will host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino or hosting experience is required. If you have worked as a bartender, bar back, bar manager, or in any hospitality role, you already have the energy, composure, and people skills we seek. We provide full training.
Job Description: This is not a traditional bar job. There is no mixing drinks, no rowdy crowds, no last call, and no unpredictable tips. You will sit in a modern broadcast studio, hosting live casino games on camera, earning consistent hourly pay plus tips every shift, regardless of how busy it is.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $17–$18/hr guaranteed (base + tips)
- Base starting at $7/hr plus $10/hr guaranteed tips = $17/hr total
- After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr plus $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Current Openings (Full Time):
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Consistent schedule — same shift and days every week
- Weekend availability required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable being on camera
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to follow game procedures consistently and accurately
- Comfortable working under professional studio lighting, sitting or standing as required by game assignment
- Willing to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnight
