Location: Whippany, NJ 07981 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year Shift: Swing
We are seeking a hands-on leader to elevate service, team performance, and financial results in our restaurant and bar.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including staff management and scheduling
- Lead daily service and enhance guest experience
- Hire, train, and coach team members
- Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Handle guest concerns and recovery
- Track KPIs and report performance
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical, organized, and guest-focused
- Flexible availability to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
