Job Description: As Senior Food & Beverage Manager of The Champagne Bar, you will lead the F&B team to ensure exceptional service and consistent guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will manage service standards, handle guest concerns professionally, oversee recruitment and training, balance operational and administrative needs, and assist in managing the departmental budget. You will also maximize revenues by implementing agreed strategies and have full knowledge of all outlet menus.
Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus.
