Now Hiring: Bartender

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, listen to their preferences, make recommendations, and take beverage orders.
Inform customers about new beverages and specials.
Be knowledgeable about all menu items, their ingredients, and preparation methods to respond accurately to customer questions, recommend options, and upsell appropriately.
Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages.
Verify customers’ legal age for alcohol purchase.
Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages, complying with all local, state, and federal liquor laws as well as food safety regulations.
Take inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.
Prepare and serve menu items following Fogo de Chão recipes and guidelines.
Manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently; maintain cleanliness.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately; balance the cash register.
Educate self and assist co-workers in understanding bar terminology and drink varieties.
Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
High mental acuity and endurance required to manage conflict and handle high-stress situations effectively.
