Title: Cocktail Server Part Time - Sand Springs

Overview: This position is responsible for taking orders and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The role requires providing friendly and professional service to every guest.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to fit a size 10 or smaller for women’s attire and size 36 waist for men’s attire.
Required to obtain an ABLE liquor license and an Osage Nation Gaming license.
Gaming, hospitality, or customer service industry experience is preferred.
Previous experience in a high-volume bar and cash handling is preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.
Osage, Native American, and Veteran preferences apply.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities: Communication:

Stay informed via company bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
Communicate concerns and suggestions effectively through the appropriate chain of command.

Department Operations:

Take orders and serve beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Provide timely and courteous cocktail service.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
Look for service opportunities.
Maintain a proper, complete, and clean uniform.
Use available resources to complete duties.
Prepare reports as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Guest Service:

Provide excellent guest service, treating guests and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
Foster positive communication and teamwork.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant gaming and liquor regulations.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Perform basic math calculations.
Maintain confidentiality.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Establish positive relationships with staff, guests, and the public.
Communicate effectively in oral and written formats.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
Travel locally as required.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
Maintain physical stamina relevant to job duties.
Engage in ongoing job knowledge development.

Physical Demands:

Regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands for extended periods.
Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Lift up to 20 pounds and drag, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, fingers, and hands.
Normal auditory and verbal communication abilities.

Work Environment:

Work primarily in a casino setting.
Use personal computers and other devices.
Exposure to second-hand smoke, moderate to high noise levels.
Possible exposure to heat, burns, spills, and chemicals.
May encounter irate or difficult individuals.
Potential exposure to tools and machinery.
Evening, weekend, extended, and irregular shifts may be required.

Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license and Osage Nation Gaming license. Experience in high-volume bars or hospitality is preferred.
