Title: Cocktail Server Part Time - Skiatook

Overview: This position is responsible for taking orders and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing friendly and professional service to every guest.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to fit a size 10 or smaller for women’s attire; size 36 waist for men’s attire.
Required to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Gaming, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Previous experience in a high-volume bar and cash handling preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must provide documents proving eligibility to work in the United States.
Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference applies.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities: Communication:

Stay informed of company information through bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
Communicate concerns and ideas for improvements to supervisors following chain of command.

Department Operations:

Take orders and serve beverages following established recipes and procedures.
Provide timely, friendly, and courteous cocktail service.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
Seek service opportunities proactively.
Maintain a proper, complete, and clean uniform.
Use available resources to complete duties.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as needed.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Guest Service:

Deliver excellent guest service with courtesy and consideration.
Cooperate with and respect fellow employees while projecting a positive attitude.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain relationships with company staff and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with laws, gaming regulations, and company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Perform basic math calculations.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Maintain confidentiality.
Establish positive relationships with management, coworkers, and guests.
Communicate effectively in oral and written form.
Use MS Office at a basic level.
Exercise good judgment and maintain safety.
Respond to inquiries or complaints professionally.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
Maintain physical stamina appropriate for the role.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach above shoulder level.
Lift up to 20 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
Engage in repetitive wrist, finger, and hand motions.
Normal auditory and verbal communication abilities.

Work Environment:

Work performed in a casino setting.
Regular use of computers and devices.
Exposure to second-hand smoke, moderate to high noise levels.
Possible exposure to kitchen hazards and difficult customer interactions.
Evening, weekend, and irregular shifts required.

This role requires dedication to excellent service, regulatory compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced casino environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license and an Osage Nation Gaming license. Candidates should have previous experience in high-volume bar service and cash handling, and be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
