Herschend is seeking an enthusiastic and hospitable Barback to join our restaurant operations team at Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing excellent dining experiences for guests by following proper service steps and maintaining a positive work environment for fellow hosts and vendors at Jolene’s, an 85-seat lounge on the top floor of the hotel.
Inspired by Dolly Parton's legendary career and trailblazing spirit, SongTeller Hotel offers a unique hospitality experience where guests can connect, relax, and be entertained. The hotel features 245 rooms, two Food & Beverage entertainment venues, a market, and Dolly Parton’s Museum.
The Barback position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the hotel’s opening efforts while creating meaningful experiences for hosts, guests, and the community. Success in this role requires being a curious learner, innovator, administrator, mentor, and motivator, all while embodying our Heartspitality® culture and supporting the Jolene’s bar team.
