Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following hotel standards and recipes
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed and minimizing waste
- Verify guests' legal drinking age in accordance with responsible alcohol service policies
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven bartending experience, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Relevant certifications in responsible alcohol service or mixology are a plus
