Title: PM Cocktail Server

Location: Dallas Galleria Sheraton - Dallas, TX 75244 Position Type: Full Time Shift: PM

Job Summary: The PM Cocktail Server is responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and explain specials and promotions
Prepare and maintain assigned station for service and cleanliness
Accurately record guest orders and input them into the Point of Sale system
Retrieve completed orders, confirm accuracy, and deliver with appropriate condiments
Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction
Promote and serve desserts and specialty coffees upon request
Assist bus staff with clearing and resetting tables
Perform side work such as replenishing condiments and restocking
Conduct general cleaning tasks following health standards
Present guest checks promptly
Follow all company policies, safety, security, fire prevention, and emergency procedures
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Assist other restaurant personnel as needed

Requirements:

Valid TABC license
Food Handler Card or in process of certification
Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor laws
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and etiquette
Ability to operate beverage equipment (e.g., coffee maker)
Basic English comprehension for customer communication
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk continuously during shift

Physical Demands:

Ability to transport up to 30 lbs through crowded areas continuously
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and smiling
